Earth-based or spacecraft observations can be included, however, without focusing in technical details regarding spacecraft payload, instrumentation, software etc.<\/li>\n<li>Projects may also be related to a physical process that takes place in the interplanetary space and is being or can be observed by in-situ or remote sensing. Combination between the existing theoretical knowledge and actual or proposed measurements could be involved.
