The team registration (as defined in the Odysseus Contest Rules) will not be final until the team coach named below received completed Parental Consent Forms from the parents or legal guardians of all the members he / she has registered. Please review the official Contest Rules, Legal Terms and Privacy Policy .

Minor Contestant’s Information

By signing this parental consent I affirm that:

1. I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named above.
2. I am legally competent to enter into an agreement on behalf of my child.
3. We live in a country of the European Union, where my child at his or her current age is legally allowed to participate in educational contests, with parental consent.
4. I allow my child to participate in the Odysseus contest, to use the website of the contest, to accept the prizes awarded to winning teams and I accept all risks associated with such activities.
5. I have read, understand and agree to Odysseus Legal Terms, the Odysseus Contest Privacy and the Rules as they are shown at www.odysseus-contests.eu.
6. As a participant in the Odysseus Contest, my child will join a team that includes other participants who may be up to 18 years old.
7. The organizers of the Odysseus Contest may use my child’s personal information and other information my child provides, to recognize her/his participation in the contest and to exhibit his / her team’s project in a public contest library.
8. The team coach named above will be responsible for supervising my child’s participation in the Odysseus Contest, including but not limited to selecting other team members and supervising team activities.
