Projects in this category should be about one of the following subjects:

• Part or all of a potential space mission.  For example: the description of a mission plan, a proposal or construction plan for an element of the mission (a probe, lander or rover), an instrument for the mission, etc.
• Part of an existing space mission.  For example: additional or alternative use of existing instruments, or approved payload, such as the study of a phenomenon that was not initially included in a mission plan, etc.
• Earth-observation missions. For example satellite imaging missions, etc.
• The strategic planning and coordination of a mission.  For example: how teams and institutes worldwide cooperate to realize the mission, etc.
